The university for applied sciences – FH Ingolstadt is a dynamic university for applied sciences, well positioned in the studies areas of technology and economy in practice-oriented teaching, applied research and academic further training throughout Germany. In the scope of our clear expansion, we are looking for persons with scientific backgrounds for the following professorships. They should have comprehensive practical experience in responsible positions outside of a university and now wish to pass them on in teaching, research and further training.

Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
Business informatics focussing on development of business applications (W 2)

The applicant will mainly support the focus areas of "Enterprise Application Design and Development" and "Adaptive IT-Infrastructures" and represent the basic subjects in the course of studies of business informatics.
Documented experience in development of business applications in practice (preferably SAP and ABAP know-how) and in project management are expected.
For all professorships, we expect willingness to assume adjacent teaching areas. It is expected that some lectures in the Bachelor's and Master's courses of studies are held in English, as well as that the applicant will support of internships, project papers and graduation theses of the respective faculty. Apart from this, active contribution in the university's self-administration, development of the respective faculty in the area of teaching and the university's institutes of applied research (Institute der angewandten Forschung; IAF) or academic further training (Institute der akademischen Weiterbildung; IAW) are expected.

Die Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften – FH Ingolstadt ist eine dynamische Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften, die in den Studienfeldern Technik und Wirtschaft in praxisorientierter Lehre, angewandter Forschung und akademischer Weiterbildung deutschlandweit gut positioniert ist. Der Bewerber bzw. die Bewerberin soll vorrangig die Schwerpunkte „Enterprise Application Design and Development" und „Adaptive IT-Infrastructures" verstärken, sowie Grundlagenfächer im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik vertreten.
Nachgewiesene Erfahrungen bei der Entwicklung von Unternehmensanwendungen in der Praxis (vorzugsweise SAP- und ABAP-Kenntnisse) und im Projektmanagement werden erwartet.
Bei allen Professuren ist die Bereitschaft, angrenzende Lehrgebiete zu übernehmen, erwünscht. Die Übernahme von englischsprachigen Lehrveranstaltungen in den Bachelor- und Masterstudiengängen sowie in der Betreuung von Praktika, Projekt- und Abschlussarbeiten der jeweiligen Fakultät wird erwartet. Daneben wird die aktive Mitarbeit in der Selbstverwaltung der Hochschule, am Ausbau der jeweiligen Fakultät im Bereich der Lehre sowie in den hochschuleigenen Instituten der angewandten Forschung (IAF) beziehungsweise akademischen Weiterbildung (IAW) erwartet.
